RANDEEP SINGH GREWAL

Randeep Grewal is to act as Chairman and Chief Executive of Greka Drilling Limited. He also acts as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Green Dragon Gas, having founded the business of the Greka Group in 1997. Mr Grewal also fills the same roles at all his private family estate companies including Greka Integrated Inc., a US-based heavy oil and gas production, oil transportation, oil refining and real estate business. From April 1997 to September 1997, Mr. Grewal served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Horizontal Ventures, Inc., oil and gas horizontal drilling technology company that became a subsidiary of Greka in September 1997. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Grewal was Corporate Vice President for the Rada Group with principal responsibility for its global expansion and diversification to a commercial organisation from its defence roots and operations. He has also been involved in various joint ventures, acquisitions, mergers and reorganisations since 1986 in the United States, Europe and the Far East with a range of businesses. Mr. Grewal has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Northrop University.
Zhang Bao Zhuang

Mr Zhang has served as General and Chief Operation Officer of Greka Technical Services since January 2008. Mr. Zhang has over 40 years of experience in oil and gas engineering technical services. He joined the oil and gas industry in 1967 and has held a range of positions in several petroleum companies, including: technician of an oil production team in Daqing Petroleum Administration Bureau; production coordinator of a plant in Jianghan Petroleum Administration Bureau; and engineer of a drilling managing plant in Jinlin Petroleum Administration Bureau. From 1976 to 1995, Mr. Zhang worked at Huabei Petroleum Administration Bureau, a drilling and engineering services subsidiary of CNPC, as an engineer and various senior management positions. From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Zhang was the General Manager of China National Oil Developing Company and was appointed as President of Huabei Petroleum Administration Bureau from 1999 to 2004. From January 2003 to January 2008, Mr. Zhang was a member of the Standing Committee of Hebei Provincial People's Congress. Mr. Zhang worked as an external consultant to Greka BV from July 2007 to January 2008. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing Geology College, majoring in Petroleum in 1966.
Lisa He
Chief Financial Officer
 
Lisa He is to act as Chief Financial Officer of Greka Drilling Limited. She joined Greka Technical Services on 1 February 2008 as Chief Accounting Officer and since that time has been responsible for financial matters in relation to the drilling business, as well as wider financial matters within the Greka Group. She has 18 years experience in accounting and financial management. Prior to joining the Greka Group, she worked for AES Wanfang Company as Chief Financial Controller from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, she was Chief Accounting Officer for Xinyuan Real Estate Group and was a key member of the Account and Finance team involved in listing the company on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Agent in China, and holds a master degree in Business Administration at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
Stephen C Hill

Stephen has lived in Asia for 27 years (Japan 1983-1995, Thailand 1995-1998 and Hong Kong since 1998). He began his finance career in London with Hoare Govett as a Japanese Equity Salesman. He was Head of Equity Sales for WICARR and Jardine Fleming in Japan and also for Jardine Fleming Thanakom in Thailand. He was the Country Head for Indosuez WICARR securities in Thailand and the regional Head of Asian Sales for Bear Stearns, Nomura and ING Barings. More recently he was the Deputy Managing Director of Quam Securities in Hong Kong. He is a graduate of Leicester University and in 2001 attended Wharton's advanced Management Program (AMP). He speaks German and Japanese. In May 2009 he passed the Corporate Finance License from the Hong Kong Securities Institute. He completed many large fund raises for a cross section of corporate clients in his career in Finance.
David Turnbull

David Turnbull is Executive Chairman of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited since 1st July 2008. He has been an independent non-executive director of Pacific Basin Shipping Limited since May 2006. Mr Turnbull was appointed an independent non-executive director of Sands China Ltd. in October 2009. Mr Turnbull joined Seabury Aviation & Aerospace as Chairman of Seabury Asia in November 2008. Mr Turnbull worked for the Swire Group for 30 years from 1976 to 2006 where he was the immediate past Chairman of Swire Pacific Ltd, Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd (January 2005 - January 2006) and Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd (HAECo) (March 1995 - August 2006). He also served as a non-executive director of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) (January 2005 - Dec 2005), Hysan Development Co Ltd (May 2005 - Jan 2006) and Air China Ltd (May 2005 - Dec 2005). He was appointed a director of Cathay Pacific in 1994 and took up the positions of Deputy Managing Director in 1994, Managing Director in 1996 and Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive in 1998 before his appointment to Chairman in January 2005. Mr Turnbull has an MA in Economics from Cambridge University.
Stewart M, John OBE. FREng.

Mr. Stewart John OBE. FREng. FRAeS., aged 72, was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of our Company on 1 July 2006. He has over 50 years of experience in the aviation industry, almost half of which was gained in Hong Kong. He worked for British Airways for 22 years (from 1955 to 1977) in a senior engineering position and joined Cathay Pacific as deputy and then engineering director for 16 years (from 1977 to 1993). Mr. John was deputy chairman of Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Ltd. (from 1987 to 1993) and has served as non-executive director of Rolls-Royce Commercial Aero Engines (from 1994 to 1998), British Aerospace Aviation Services (from 1994 to 1998), Airlines of Britain Holdings and British Midland Engineering (from 1994 to 2000 (Airlines of Britain Holdings [became a subsidiary of] British Midland Engineering in 1996)), HK Aero Engine Services Ltd. (from 1996 to 1998), Aviation Exposure Management (from 1995 to 2005) and Newall Aerospace (from 1993 to 1996). He is currently a non-executive director of Taikoo Aircraft Engineering Co., a trustee of Brooklands Museum and Chairman of Brooklands Ltd. Mr. John is a Chartered Engineer (since 1980), a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering and past president & fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society.

Bryan Smart has over 35 years of experience in finance both in professional and commercial roles . Until recently he was Chairman of The Supervisory Board of CarboTech AG and is currently a non-executive director of SCOTTY Group PLC, executive director of Tradelinens Ltd, executive director of Brooklands Museum Trust and a trustee director of DaimlerChrysler Pension Fund since 2006 . From 1981 to 2006, Mr. Smart held various positions at DaimlerChrysler(UK) Ltd, from internal auditor in 1981, to finance controller in 1985, and was appointed as CFO in the year of 1996. During this period, Mr. Smart completed the acquisition and assimilation of Chrysler Jeep in the UK, Lex Autosales and all Mercedes Benz dealers in metropolitan areas and also served on the board of Brunel University . From 1975 to 1981, Mr. Smart worked in Deloitte Touche as a chartered accountant in both external auditor and management consultancy roles .
Liu Feng

Liu Feng joined Greka Technical Services on 1st September, 2009, as Vice General Manager. Mr. Liu has over 22 years of experiences in oil & gas drilling. From 2001 to 2009, Mr. Liu worked in coal-bed methane subsidiary of Te Nai'si Company as General Manager, chief engineer and technical director. Mr. Liu responsible for drilling management, technical research and personnel training of the team. From 1996 to 2001, Mr. Liu is the Chief Engineer of Huabei Petroleum Administration Bureau, Coal Bed methane Unit for the period 1988 to 1995. Mr. Liu dedicated in research in CBM drilling where he successfully drilled with saturated brine mud in the bureau's blocks and completed the first salt well drilling and the first long-length coring experiment. Mr. Liu is a certified drilling engineer and holds a master degree in MBA of Peking University.
Rene Pederson

Rene Pedersen has been drilling Greka wells since 2008 through Mitchell Drilling Joint Venture.. Mr. Pedersen has about 26 years of experience in Coal Bed Methane, oil and gas drilling engineering in both Australian and China. He has accumulated substantial experiences in surface to in-seam CMB dirlling. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Pedersen worked in Greka Mitchell Drilling Company as field operational manager. From 2001 to 2007, Mr. Pedersen worked in Mitchell Drilling Company in Australia as a toolpusher. Between 1993 and 2001, Mr. Pedersen worked as a driller in Carlton United Breweries, Queensland, Australia. Mr. Pedersen gained a trade certificate as fitter and machinist under Hutton Pty Ltd during the year of 1980 to 1984.
